PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic garbage bag 1 having a part for holding a garbage housing body 5 other than a knot 6 of an opening part 4 after housing a large quantity of garbage to safely and efficiently carry the garbage housing body 5. SOLUTION: This plastic garbage bag 1 is formed by appropriately folding a tube-like film, which is folded into flat, in the cross direction and structured that the overlapped films are unified to form a bottom seal 2 with the predetermined interval from a bottom side 3. With this structure, a part of the film formed from the bottom side 3 to the bottom seal 2, namely a part under the seal, works as a holding part, and the garbage housing body 5 can be thereby safely and efficiently carried.
