PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat suspension and a control device thereof capable of reliably maintaining the neutral position according to the load mass of a vibration absorbing mechanism, and effectively demonstrating the vibration-removing function of the vibration absorbing mechanism. SOLUTION: The control device has a position adjustment means to adjust a vibration absorbing mechanism at the neutral position according to the output from Hall ICs 71 and 72 to detect the vertical position of an upper frame displaced according to the load mass, and a cancellation circuit 97 to cancel the operation of a motor 81 of the position adjustment means when the vertical movement of the upper frame by the vibration is generated. The vibration absorbing mechanism can be adjusted by the position adjustment means at the neutral position according to the load mass, while the position adjustment means is not operated by the cancellation circuit 97 in the case of the vibration input. Thus, the position adjustment means is not operated according to the vibration, the neutral position is not substantially changed though the load mass is not fluctuated, and the consistent vibration-removing function is demonstrated.
