PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle structure with high convenience property taking into consideration a place for placing a pet and a shopping bag although a driver's seat is provided at the center of a vehicle, in a single riding electric vehicle. SOLUTION: A center line 22 of the driver's seat 21 is set to a position deviated to a right side R from a center line 11 of the vehicle and the driver's seat 21 is fixed to a floor 23 at an offset position deviated to the right side R from the center line 11 of the vehicle. A battery storage part 31 is recessedly provided at a floor 23 position deviated to a left side L from the center line 11 of the vehicle and a battery box 32 is stored in the battery storage part 31. The battery box 32 builds-in a battery, i.e., a power source for driving the electric vehicle 1 and a side wall surface 41 of the battery box 32 constitutes a floor surface with the floor 23.
