PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a player from feeling the sense of unfairness by eliminating an occurrence of dispersion in a reel stop operable time by a player till forcibly stopping reels, in a reel driving control executing an important role in the progress of a game. SOLUTION: In the control of automatically (forcibly) stopping the driving of reels 350A, 350B and 360C, when stop buttons 356A, 356B and 356C are unoperated for a predetermined time (30 seconds) while the reels 350A, 350B and 350C are started driving, a starting timing for counting the predetermined time is set after the reel driving becomes a steady state.
