PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flower vase inner cylinder with a trunk leg supporting implement allowing gorgeous arrangement of fresh flowers and easily carried and to provide a working stand for fixedly mounting the same. SOLUTION: This trunk leg supporting flower vase inner cylinder vessel for fixing a trunk leg 6 with a receiving cylinder for arranging the fresh flowers to the inside of the flower vase is provided with a flower vase inner cylinder vessel body 1a having a first opening part in its upper part and at least a first spacer 2a-2d and fixed to the inside of the flower vase, and a supporting implement 4 having a second opening part in its upper part and at least a second spacer 4a-4d, fixedly stored in the flower vase inner cylinder body inside 1a and supporting the trunk leg 6 with the receiving cylinder.
