The invention relates to a continuous massaging and squeeze-drying device for meat products. The inventive device comprises: at least one tray (20a, 20b, 20c) having an inlet end which is designed to receive meat pieces or other products and an opposing outlet end which is designed to release meat pieces or other products; conveyor means which are designed to convey the meat pieces or other products admitted at the inlet end in a continuous manner to the outlet end where they are released; and actuation means (50, 51, 52) which are designed and connected such as to transfer a repeated jerking movement to the tray so that the meat pieces or other products are massaged and squeeze-dried upon being knocked against said tray (20a, 20b, 20c) as a result of the repeated jerking movement while moving from the inlet end to the outlet end.
