The invention relates to a device (1) for adjusting a bra (2) comprising two cups (3) which each have upper (4), lower (5), front (6) and rear (7) edges and are connected at the rear of the bra by a back piece (8). The inventive device is characterised in that it comprises at least two straps for adjusting the size of the bra around the chest, and the shape of the cups, said straps being respectively joined, on either side of the bra, to the rear edge of a cup or to the back piece, with a first fixed end (11), to the rear edge of the cup or to the back piece, with a second end (12), by means (13) for adjusting the second end in a translational movement from the front to the rear according to the longitudinal axis of the dorsal piece, and to the corresponding rear or lower edge, then to the dorsal piece, adjusting the length between the two ends (11, 12) of the strap (10) by sliding the strap through alternate buckles (14) at least once.
