PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional humidifier wherein water in a water tank is heated by a heater to supply heated water to a vaporizing element, which forms dew in the humidifier to become unsanitary, and humidifying efficiency is lowered due to large radiation loss to the outside of the humidifier. SOLUTION: In this humidifier, water is pumped up from a water storage part through a water pipe, and water in the water pipe is heated by a heater installed at an intermediate part of the water pipe. The heated water is supplied to the vaporizing element. Since the water in the water pipe is heated without heating the water in the water storage part, heat loss to the outside can be reduced to improve humidifying efficiency. Further, evaporation of water from the water storage part can be reduced, and dew condensation in the humidifier can be suppressed to improve sanitary property. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
