PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-particulate organic porous body having high physical stability and such an excellent characteristic that optically active substances can be separated under a wide separation condition and to provide a method for manufacturing the non-particulate organic porous body. SOLUTION: This non-particulate organic porous body having optical resolution ability is manufactured by introducing an optically active group uniformly into an organic porous body of a continuous pore structure having macropores to be connected to one another and mesopores of 0.01-100μm radius inside the wall of each of the macropores.
