PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a use by a panel material being a monolithically integrated synthetic resin molded product produced by integrally connecting a surface and a back part, both of which have a large number of outer opening parts, through a support part. SOLUTION: A mold 1 is equipped with a pair of half molds 2a and 2b for holding a synthetic resin sheet 3 and constituted of the opening parts of mold through-holes 5a and 5b not brought into contact with the held synthetic resin sheet 3 under pressure and the mold surfaces 4a and 4b brought into contact with the held synthetic resin sheet 3 under pressure. This mold 1 is used to hold the synthetic resin sheet 3 between both half molds 2a and 2b to heat the same and opened to bring the synthetic resin sheet 3 into contact with the mold surfaces 4a and 4b of both half molds 2a and 2b to stretch the same. In this case, the mold through-holes 5a and 5b of both half molds 2a and 2b opposed to each other are so arranged that the mutual outer edge parts of the mold through-holes 5a and 5b are set to a partially overlapping size, and holes 7 are formed to the synthetic resin sheet corresponding to a position where the mutual outer edge parts of the mold through-holes 5a and 5b are partially overlapped with each other.
