PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of occupant seats including a front passenger seat etc. and widen the working space etc. inside the cabin as required. SOLUTION: The invention applies to a vehicle structured so that the cabin 2 equipped in the side face with an opening 1 for getting on and off is installed between the front axle 3 and the rear axle 4 and a plurality of passenger seats 7b etc. including a driver seat 7a are arranged on a floor panel 5 installed in the lower part of the cabin 2, wherein the arrangement further includes a supporting device 71 supporting a seat cushion 73 to serve as the seating part of the passenger seat 7b changeably between the seated condition approximately horizontal and the accommodated condition approximately vertical and also supporting a seat back 75 to serve as a back support part of the passenger seat 7b changeably between the first service condition approximately vertical and the second service condition approximately horizontal and seat rails 10 and 11 to support the passenger seat 7b movably in the direction to the front and rear of the vehicle till the forefront of the cabin.
