PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enricher which supplies oxygen-enriched air to a user and can be used anywhere outdoors or indoors. SOLUTION: The oxygen enricher is provided with: a main body 1 incorporating an oxygen enriching means 15 and a pump means 5 for supplying the oxygen-enriched air obtained there to a prescribed part; a blowing means (not shown in the figure) for sucking ambient air into the main body 1, supplying it to the oxygen enriching means 15 and then discharging it to the outside of the main body 1; a control means 31 for controlling the pump means 5 and the blowing means; and a secondary battery 32 to serve as the power source of the pump means 15, the blowing means and the control means 31. The control means 31 is disposed on one surface of the oxygen enriching means 15 and the secondary battery 32 is disposed on the other surface. The oxygen enricher can be used by means of the secondary battery 32 even outdoors or in a vehicle or the like where no AC power source is available. Since the secondary battery 32 is disposed at one part and the control means 31 at the other part of the oxygen enriching means 15 to be cooled by the ambient air taken in by the blowing means, they are efficiently cooled, the degradation of the secondary battery 32 in an early stage is prevented, and the reliability of the control means 31 is improved as well.
