PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact motor with higher motor output by reducing peripheral speed for restraint of brush sliding loss. SOLUTION: Between a shaft 4 and a commutator piece 13 of the motor, there is applied, independently of resin mold forming, an insulating film 11 onto an iron core surface of the motor applied also onto the surface of the shaft 4 to implement a commutator assembly insulated by intervening the insulating film.
