PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of booming noise inside a cabin and resonance of a handle caused by vibration of an exhaust system and to improve efficiency of assembling work of both exhaust tubes to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: This exhaust tube resonance suppression device is provided with a clamp 21 composed of a pair of partial notch annular parts 21a, 21a mountable to both end parts of an annular body so as to surround the outer periphery of both front tubes 12a, 12b, respectively by pressing an intermediate part of the annular body and of an approximately parallel pair of fastening parts 21b, 21b connecting both notch end parts of the both partial notch annular parts 21a, 21a with each other and opposing to each other at a predetermined interval. By fastening the both fastening parts 21b, 21b of the clamp 21 between the both front tubes 12a, 12b with a bolt 22 and a nut 23 inserted into holes 21c, 21c for fastening which are formed on the both fastening parts 21b, 21b, the both front tubes 12a, 12b are wounded and fixed to each other by the both partial notch annular parts 21a, 21a, so as to mutually restrict the both front tubes 12a, 12b.
