PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit mounting structure capable of firmly supporting a rear part of a power unit and preventing degradation of the rubber characteristics of a rear mount rubber. SOLUTION: The power unit 11 having an engine 12 on a front part and a transmission of the diameter smaller than that of the engine on a rear part extends in the vehicle advancing direction, and the power unit is supported by a chassis frame via a front mount member including a front mount rubber and a rear mount member 19 including a rear mount rubber 19a. A pair of lower brackets 21 are protruded facing each other on a pair of side members of the chassis frame behind the engine, and a pair of rear mount members 19 are placed on a pair of lower brackets. A pair of upper brackets 24 are protruded on a rear part of the engine, and rear ends of a pair of intermediate brackets 26 extending backwardly from the pair of upper brackets are placed on the pair of rear mount members.
