PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a quantitative carriage capable of sprinkling while keeping constant a sprinkling quantity per square meter, since a change in flow rate can be an analogue change resulting in a smoothened flow rate instead of a digital change even in a sprinkling area where a traveling velocity rapidly varies with, for example, an up-down ground as the sprinkling quantity per square meter in response to the traveling velocity is obtained by allowing a pump to be rotated in conjunction with the rotation of a wheel in a carriage. SOLUTION: The system is that the carriage is provided with a chemical liquid tank 7, the pump 8 for sprinkling a chemical liquid from the tank 7 and a nozzle 9 for jetting the chemical liquid from the pump 8, the pump 8 is designed to be rotated in conjunction with the rotation of the wheel 4 when rotated at a constant rate at the time of sprinkling and the carriage is travelled.
