PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize ball put-out machine which can secure one batch of balls to be put-out even when the balls run short within the ball tank while simplifying the wiring of the ball detector. SOLUTION: Many rows of guide gutters 5 formed at one end of the ball tank 1 are provided respectively with ball checking levers 51. Each of the ball checking levers 51 has a weight part 54 extended from a support shaft 53, a shutter part 55 extended to the side opposite to it and a ball detection part 56 protrudable upward from the bottom surface 4 of the ball guide gutter 5. A photosensor 52 is disposed within the turning range of the shutter part 55 in the ball put-out device 2. When the balls run out in any of the ball guide gutters 5, the ball detection part 56 rises up to intercept the optical axis of the photosensor 52 with the shutter part 55, thereby enabling the detection of the shortage of the balls within the ball tank 1.
