PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine and a win determination method and program of the game machine, even if devising the operation of a start switch, preventing an acquisition of a specific random number and preventing a specific player from being advantageous in a lottery provability. SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with a win lottery means determining a win based on a lottery result; and the win lottery means is provided with a random number generator generating a random number for a win lottery, a random number extractor extracting the random number generated by the random number generator based on a plurality of opportunities, a random number synthesis part synthesizing and outputting a plurality of random numbers extracted by the random number extractor, a win determination table previously storing a correspondence between the random number related to the lottery and the win, and a determination part determining the presence/absence of the win or the type of the win of the random number synthesized by the random number synthesis part by referring to the win determination table. This game machine synthesizes the plurality of random numbers acquired in the plurality of opportunities and uses the result for the lottery processing so as to, even if uniformizing a random number acquisition timing, prevent the acquisition of the desired random number.
