A lighting reflection plate having both shape retainability and flexibility/light weight, comprising a reflection material (1) that consists of a polymer film having an average reflectance, at a wavelength of 400-700 nm, of at least 85% on at least one surface side thereof and has a furrow-shaped uneven shape, and a flexible reinforcing material, wherein the reinforcing material reinforces the uneven shape from the opposite side to the above one surface side of the reflection material (1) so as to connect the bottom portions of the recesses together.
