<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production facility control device capable of easily performing substituting/restoring operation when a fault is generated. <P>SOLUTION: The production facility control device 10 is provided with a specific identification means 12 for generating identification information for identifying the device 10 itself, a set data storage instruction means 13 for transmiting changed set data and the identification information to a backup server 4 to store these data in the backup server 4 when the set data are changed and a set data restoration means 14 for acquiring the set data corresponding to the identification information generated by the specific identification means 12 from the backup server 4.
