<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device capable of obtaining an excellent color mixture light and the light emitting device capable of increasing the concentration of the color mixture light and controlling the directivity thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The system is on the light emitting device 10 having a perpendicular line a-a that runs at the central point of a bottom 1a in a recess 1c; and a perpendicular line d-d that runs at the intersection point of a first straight line b-b that extends from one side of a side section 1b in the recess 1c, and a second straight line c-c that extends from another side of the side section 1b in the recess 1c with different shapes, and a package 1 provided with the recess 1c having the bottom section 1a on which the light emitting device 1 is mounted and the side section 1b that extends from the bottom section 1a, in the two sectional shapes of the recess 1c that are cut from above the opening section of the recess 1c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
