<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system in which a recipient of information displayed on a video display device, who watches the information, is capable of immediately accessing the information on that site to refer to detailed information. <P>SOLUTION: The information communication system is comprised of a plurality of video display devices, a first proximate communication means installed in each of the plurality of video display devices, a control means which controls the first proximate communication means and the video display devices, and a mobile communication terminal which includes a second proximate communication means and is capable of displaying, on a display unit, various kinds of information received via the second proximate communication means.
