<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a program for accepting a change of scheduled timing, for easily changing a scheduled timing of work and the like, by using the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises the steps of acquiring an ID from a customer requesting a change of the scheduled timing of work (S101); and acquiring the number of operation available frames indicating operation available timing of a worker corresponding to the customer and an operation available area indicating an operation available zone from an operation server (S103, S105). The system generates a work timing changing screen showing timing possible to accept the change requested by the customer to present to a device operated by the customer on the basis of the information acquired and makes ready for accepting the timing desired to be changed (S109, S111). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
