<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection member constituted of two layers which is excellent in the reproducibility of reflectance, surface property such as unevenness and conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The antireflection member is formed by laminating a high refractive index layer (first layer) at least on one surface of base material and further laminating a low refractive index layer (second layer) on the 1st layer. The high refractive index layer (first layer) is a layer containing indium oxide, indium oxide-tin oxide (ITO), indium oxide-cerium oxide or the mixture of them. The low refractive index layer (second layer) is a layer laminated by a sol gel method, and a catalyst used for polymerization by the hydrolysis is nitric acid or perchloric acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
