METHOD OF DETERMINING MOMENT OF MOVABLE MEMBER CONSTITUTING PART OF SOLENOID VALVE AND HAVING SHUTTER FUNCTION REACHING TERMINAL POSITION OF RECIPROCATION IN INACTIVATION PHASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, overcoming the disadvantage of depending on high sensitivity to noise and calibration of a specified threshold.

SOLUTION: This method of determining the moment of a shutter reaching the reciprocation terminal in inactivation phase of an electronic valve includes: a process of computing the nominal deactivation time and estimating the computed moment of the inactivated shutter reaching the reciprocation terminal position from the above time; a process of applying an electric current regulated to the time range including the computed nominal inactivation moment to a solenoid during the shutter operation after the coil deactivated state; a process of acquiring a current sample; a process of clarifying two interpolation curves to the acquired data approximating the development of the sample acquired before and after the moment the shutter reaches the reciprocation terminal; a process of determining the intersection point of the interpolation curves for estimating the moment of intersection; and a process of clarifying the moment of the shutter reciprocation terminal from the moment of the intersection.
