<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solar cell which further reduces time duration for laminating a solar cell film, and a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell 1 is provided with the solar cell film 2 which converts light to electricity, and resin 6 which seals the solar cell film 2. The resin 6 is formed of a material which performs bridging by heating, and the gel molar fraction of the resin is less than 70%. In the solar cell 1, a time when bridging is performed by heating the resin 6 is shorter than a solar cell wherein the gel molar fraction of resin is 70-95%, so that a manufacturing time can be shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
