PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance functionality by improving construction of a foundation structure of a building allowing lift of the upper structure of the building. SOLUTION: A foundation 10 of the building edge-cuts a pile 12 and a footing 14, and mutually fits a fitting recess 18 provided on the upper end of a pile head of the pile 12 and a fitting projection 20 provided on the lower face of the footing 14. The fitting recess 18 is a truncated cone shape extended by a center axis in a vertical direction. The surface is defined by a recess definition steel member 24 fixed on the pile 12. The fitting projection 20 is a truncated cone shape extended by a center axis in a vertical direction corresponding to the shape of the fitting recess 18, and the surface is defined by a projection definition steel member 32 fixed on the footing 14. A stone crush layer 44 for buffering impact force generated when the lifted footing 14 is seated on the pile head of the pile 12 is provided between the pile 12 and the footing 14.
