PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of attaching working of a sub-pipe and to reduce a risk during working. SOLUTION: A sub-pipe attaching form 1 of a manhole is composed of an upper form 8 and a lower form 2 integrated by connecting the upper form and the lower form. The upper form 8 and the lower form 2 are previously formed into a U-shape. In addition, joining piece parts 3, 3, 9 and 9 to an outer peripheral wall face of the manhole 11 are formed on both the open side ends of the upper form 8 and the lower form 2 respectively, and adhered on the outer peripheral wall face of the manhole 11 with adhesive tapes 4, 4, 10 and 10.
