PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient non-contact type card-attachable garment or wristband so designed that a non-contact type card with which toll booth processing is done through making wireless communication with a non-contact type card processor in a touch-and-go system two-wheeled vehicle automatic charge collecting system (ETC) can be detachably attached thereto so as to make the tollbooth processing while attaching the non-contact type card to her (his) garment when getting in and out the tollbooth, and to eliminate such a trouble as to take out the non-contact type card and hold it in her (his) hand, to prevent the non-contact type card from being lost, and to make it possible to easily attach or detach the non-contact type card to or from the garment or the wristband. SOLUTION: The garment is provided with a non-contact type card-attachable part 13 where a non-contact type card 40 is attachable.
