PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the deformation or the damage caused by grounding at the turning operation of a bottom wall member 29 to be easily avoided in a sulky mower having the bottom wall member 29 installed in a mowed grass-discharging opening 22 of a mower housing 23 so as to be freely turned in the upper and lower direction. SOLUTION: An operation tool 31 interlocked and linked with the bottom wall member 29 is attached to the housing 23. When the mower 20 is lowered to a lowered operational state, an operation part 31a of the operation tool 31 is positioned at a height lower than the upper surface 17a of a floor 17 of a driving part, and when the mower 20 is lifted to a lifted nonoperational state, the operation part 31a of the operation tool 31 is positioned at a layout height higher than the upper surface 17a of the floor 17 of the driving part.
