PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and the like capable of simplifying processing of a management object by dispensing with the saving of information for a management object which has used a shared resource for every processing of a management object generated subsequently. SOLUTION: This information processor comprises a storage means 101 storing identification information for a management object and a processing content therefor; an acceptance means 102 accepting a processing request containing the identification information and processing content for the management object; and a processing means 103. When the accepted processing request is a request for occupying the shared resource, and the accepted identification information is not the same as the stored identification information, the processing means stops the processing of the stored management object, performs a post processing corresponding to the stopped processing of the management object to rewrite the stored identification information and the like by the accepted identification and the like, and executes the processing of the management object after rewrite. When the accepted processing request is a request for releasing the shared resource, and it is determined that the accepted identification information is the same as the stored identification information, the processing means initializes the stored processing content and the like.
