<p>The invention discloses a method for tearing-down tunnel in wireless local area network. The invention includes the steps: a) source device that wanted to tear down operation tunnel in wireless local area network sends the teari ng- down request to the opposite device; b) said opposite device returns tearing - down response to the source device in the step a, and releases itself tunnel resource. In addition, packet data gateway sends eliminating tunnel report t o operation authentication unit, after the operation authentication unit receives the eliminating tunnel report, it refurbishes information about tearing-down operation. The method of the invention can realize tearing down the appointed operation tunnel, and releases or refurbishes correlative resource and information in time.</p> |
