ACCESS PERMISSION GIVING METHOD, ACCESS PERMISSION PROCESSING METHOD, PROGRAM THEREFOR, AND COMPUTER APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly permit access to a document while maintaining security of the document by allowing access inhibited in principle to be permitted without changing a security policy or ACL when explicitly giving permission by a person in charge of management of a document file, and by applying processing requirements when actually accessing the document.

SOLUTION: A method of giving permission of access to a document is provided with a stage of generating a permit showing permission of the access and a stage of causing the permit to include processing requirements for the access. A method of processing access to a document is provided with a stage of confirming a permit for access to the document and a stage of applying processing requirements included in the permit when accessing the document.
