<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a mixed metal oxide layer whose characteristic is improved. <P>SOLUTION: A method for making a mixed metal oxide layer as an embodiment of the invention includes the steps of (100) making a suspension having nano particles including (a) solid mixing metal oxide material, (110) distributing at least a part of (b) the above-mentioned suspension liquid on a substrate, (120) implementing a spinning technique including at least either (i) a spin coating or (ii) a centrifugal processing to generate (c) the coated substrate, (130) drying and (149) heating the coated substrate and forming the mixed metal oxide layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
