<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system in which deterioration of a reformer is suppressed and emission of combustion is improved by controlling optimally the combustion amount for reforming reaction. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system comprises the reformer 12 which is supplied with hydrocarbon system fuel and generates a reformed gas containing hydrogen by reforming reaction, a fuel cell 14 which is supplied with the reformed gas at an anode and also supplied with an oxidation gas containing oxygen at a cathode and generates electric power, an anode off-gas passage 16 in which the anode off-gas exhausted from the anode is supplied as a combustion fuel for generating reforming reaction, and a three-way valve 18 which controls the supply of the anode off-gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
