PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an information processor in which the cooperation of respective operation environments is strengthened even when these operation environments are exclusively switched and started. SOLUTION: A message generation processing part 61 for a first operating system generates a message indicating the operation of a second operating system and stores the message in a message storing area 52. On the other hand, a message execution processing part 72 for the second operating system is driven after being switched to the second operating system and controls a data processing part 22 or the like in accordance with the message stored in the message storing area 52 to execute operation indicated by the message.
