PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine cooling or heating, and selling a commodity such as a canned drink, allowing the reduction of an electric power consumption, and preventing the deterioration of the commodity by the heating. SOLUTION: This automatic vending machine comprises: a cooling system 140 disposed such that the cooling system 140 can cool commodity storages, and sealed with a hydrocarbon-based natural refrigerant; and a heating system 180 disposed with first gas coolers 194, 196 in bottom parts inside the commodity storages, and disposed with second gas coolers 198, 200 in upper parts inside the commodity storages, disposed such that the heating system 180 can heat the commodity storages. System efficiency of the respective cooling system 140 and heating system 180 is improved, the electric power consumption is reduced, and the deterioration of the commodity by the heating can be prevented.
