PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new hair-growing agent composition having excellent hair-growing effect. SOLUTION: The hair-growing agent composition comprises one or a plurality of kinds of perfumes selected from a group consisting of juniper oil, eucalyptus oil, thyme oil, heptyl aldehyde, valerian oil, clary sage oil, dimethoxymethylbenzene, clove oil, basil oil, oil collected from Melaleuca quinquenervia, grape fruit oil, petitgrain oil, hexyl aldehyde, pepper oil, cypress oil, elemi oil, galbanum oil, rose oil and geranium oil capable of enhancing development of versican, as a hair-growing active ingredient.
