PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid stress applying to a feeder wire and its connection part during molding and after molding of synthetic rubber. SOLUTION: An electric wire 7 and its connection end part are covered by connecting the electric wire 7 to a sheet shape electrical heating element 5 and with an arc cylindrical electric wire cover 6 made of two members fixed to the electrical heating element 5.
