PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back surface sheet with easy adjustment of brake force and good maintenance property. SOLUTION: A shaft 203 of a rotary damper 201 is arranged at a position other than a pin 125, i.e., a rotation shaft of a stay 111, i.e., a partner given with the brake force. The rotary damper 201 and the stay 111, i.e., the partner given with the brake force are mounted such that one end side is rotated with the shaft 203 of the rotary damper 201. The other end side is connected by a link 211 rotatably provided on a position other than the rotation shaft 125 of the stay 111, i.e., the partner given with the brake force.
