PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain dessert mixed with the medical effect of natural medication and having refreshing feeling after eating. SOLUTION: The dessert as ice cream is obtained by pulverizing natural medication (usable as food) with high medical effect, uncontradictory to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, sterilizing the product at a low temperature, and adding to the base (mixture of milk, raw cream, yolk or the like) of ice cream, ice milk and lacto-ice. The powdery natural medication comprises combinations as follows: ginseng and dried yam medicine (effect:nourishing vigor and physical strength reinforcement), Coix lacryma-joli and Houttuynia cordata (effect: skin beauty), perilla leaf and zizyphi fructus (effect: tranquilizing and relaxing), guava fruits and Glechoma hederacea (effect: falling of blood glucose level), Glechoma hederacea and Momordicae fructus (effect: falling of blood glucose level), guava fruits and Taraxacum (effect: falling of blood glucose level).
