<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize emission luminance on a display panel, even when a data line drive circuit is composed of a plurality of ICs, and to generate no difference in the emission luminance between the display panels and even when the data line drive circuit is composed of one IC. <P>SOLUTION: After IC, including a reference current generating circuit 121, is formed on a wafer, a reference voltage Vref is applied on an input terminal T1 by using a measuring test circuit, and the sources of transistors 131-136 are grounded.
