PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphic processor, a graphic processing method and a program for performing the editing operation of a processing target graphic object while confirming its interference state with an adjacent graphic object. SOLUTION: A circumscribed region 252 circumscribed to a development figure 210a among processing target graphic objects and an external region 250 including the circumscribed region 252 are set, and the external region 250 is set as a selection region. Then, some of a plurality of development figures 210 which exist in the selection region 250 are selected as adjacent graphic objects. Then, the processing target graphic objects are displayed with the adjacent graphic objects in an edition enabling state. Thus, it is possible to easily grasp the interference states of both the graphic objects, and to efficiently perform the editing operation of the processing target graphic objects.
