PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an optical window of equipment from fogging by forming a coating which is hard to fog on the optical window of the equipment used underwater. SOLUTION: This is an optical window of the equipment used underwater and has a polyurethane film at least on one surface of the window base. The contact angle of the waterdrops is made 40°or less to this film when it has no absorbed water, and the water absorption is made 15 % or more but 30 % or less in weight when it is saturated with the absorbed water.
