PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal pressure testing device of a large-diameter pipe capable of reducing greatly the consumption amount of a pressure medium, and shortening greatly a test time. SOLUTION: In this testing device, a core pipe 4 is inserted into a large-diameter specimen pipe 3, and its end is sealed, and the liquid or gas pressure medium is injected into a clearance 7 between the inner circumferential surface of the specimen pipe 3 and the outer circumferential surface of the core pipe 4, to thereby perform a pressure test of the specimen pipe 3. In the device, a detachable sealing member A5 is fixed on the tip part of the core pipe 3 and a sealing member B6 is fixed on the core pipe circumference on the position separated from the tip part of the core pipe 4 by a distance L (=specimen pipe length L1), and the core pipe 4 is provided with the first hole 26 for the injection of the pressure medium and a slider 8 at least on the tip.
