PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine with elaborate taste by improving a performance effect by a light to a game ball rising a game ball guide passage. SOLUTION: A rail 10 is formed with light guide parts 103 guiding the light of light emission parts 201 to the game ball guide passage 11 and illuminating the side face of the game ball. The light of the light emission part 201 is reached the light guide part 103 via light transmission members 104 and 105. The light guide part 103 formed in one of a pair of rails 10 is disposed oppositely to the other light guide part 103 or deflectedly disposed.
