PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize information delivery, while ensuring security. SOLUTION: The information delivery system includes a registered user storage means for storing identification information which is unique to a user externally entered as registered user information; an identification information read means for reading the identification information from an information storage device for storing the identification information provided by the user; a user authenticating means for carrying out authentication as to whether the read identification information is stored in the registered user information; a delivery information receiving means for receiving and storing the delivery information entered by the user being a registered user, on the basis of a result of the authentication; an output request receiving means for receiving delivery information output request information entered by the user, when the identification information read by the identification information read means from another user is a registered user, on the basis of a result of the authentication by the user authentication means; and a delivery information providing means for outputting the stored delivery information stored to the user, in response to the output request information.
