摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel consumption by reducing energy loss caused by continuous operation of an operation device for maintaining a connecting state or a disconnecting state of a frictional connection unit. SOLUTION: A brake 12 is formed to be elastically deformed between two shapes of a first shape pressing a brake disk 14 and a pressured plate 20 by means of a diaphragm spring 24 and retaining a connecting state without requiring continuous operation of a hydraulic cylinder 40 to keep the connecting state, and a second shape retaining a disconnecting state without requiring operation of the hydraulic cylinder 40. Thus, after the diaphragm spring 24 is set to be either of two shapes between the first shape and the second shape by means of temporary operation of the hydraulic cylinder 40, power for continuously operating the hydraulic cylinder 40 is unnecessary in order to retain either state between the connecting state or the disconnecting state, energy loss is nulled, and fuel consumption is improved.
