A jamming determination section distinguishes the flow path jamming of an ejector based on the difference of air quantity suck by an inlet pipe in switching of operation and non-operation of ejector by an on/off valve. The on/off valve switches both connection and interruption between the ejector and inlet pipe to control operation and non-operation of ejector.
