The device has a working space (12) separating deviating atmosphere from another working space (13), such that a shutter exhibits a housing, a shutter space and a conveyer equipment (21) with a conveyer receiver for an object e.g. container. The object is promotable from an admission side to a delivery side of the shutter. The shutter is connected to a sterile gas pipe (41) over which the receiver with a sterile gas is tiltable. The conveyor equipment is constructed with sliders that are led into the housing of the shutter.
